How Do Students Access Their Grades?

Simplegradebook allows students to see their grades through any browser or through the Simplegradebook mobile apps for IOS and Android.

To give students access to their grades, they need the secret code which is automatically assigned to them when they are added to a class.  Students must also create student accounts on Simplegradebook. When they first log in they are asked to enter the code, and they should then see their classes.

These codes are found on the Students tab available from the main Classes display.  These can be printed and given to the student, or emailed to them.  The latter is preferable as it is common for students to make mistakes when entering the codes.

Note that if the teacher has joined a Simplegradebook school, students only need to be given one code and they should see all their classes.  Otherwise the students need to be given a code for each class.
