Version 4.7.1 - Reporting Upgrade

Version 4.7.1 gives teachers more control over the format of student reports displayed to both teachers and students. Teachers have requested the ability to make both the Due Date and Assignment Worth columns in reports optional.  Additionally, teachers have requested the ability to optionally prevent the overall grade from being displayed.  Finally, changes made by teachers to the format setting are now reflected across all reports, including reports shown to students in the Simplegradebook app.

To achieve this, additional controls have been added to the Class Settings Page:



These controls default to true when a class is created.  They impact both displayed and printed reports, and also the reports viewed by students on the Simplegradebook phone apps. 

In addition, when the report printing dialog is displayed, the controls will now reflect the settings defined in the Class Settings. 



If you want to override the settings inherited from the Class Settings temporarily for printing reports, you can do so using the controls in the print setup above.
