Title: I Can't Remember My Password - What Do I Do?

On the main login screen select "I forgot my password".

If you enter your user id, simplegradebook will send you an email with a new password that you can use to log in.  On your first login you will be asked to change your password to a new password.  Create a new password that you can remember.
